The ride up to the top is not free, it costs $10, then they also charge $8 for each ride. You can get discounts if you are a guest or if you buy the package deal to ride all the rides.

If you're staying at the Stratosphere the ride "to" the top of the tower is free. I have never heard of any "coupons" or the like for discounts on the rides.(Big Shot - X Scream - Insanity)

I'm not sure if the Stratosphere does this or not(You ain't getting me on one of those rides) but, most of the roller coaster rides in LV do offer cut rates for a second ride or on all day passes.
If you're a player, ask your host, I'm sure he/she could arrange for you to ride to your hearts content.

Have you tried searching for them on SearchAllDeals.com? It's the one place to search all popular bargain sites online.
I'd start with search terms like "stratosphere" or "stratosphere rides".

You can go to the top for free if you are a guest at the hotel. It is only between like 10 am and 2 pm for free though. The rides at top i dont know about. I am staying there in June though and that is what i was told when making reservation.
