and I have really been streching and trying to increase my flexibilty. but lately ive been getting pain on the back of my right knee. I cant even stretch it because it hurts. I dont know if this is common in cheerleading but what can i do to decrease or stop the pain?

I think thats great your cheering! OH! by the way...you answered my question about cheering and I just wanted to say YOU GOT BESTANSWER! anyways....well........if you keep stretching ever night like you have been, then you will get used to the pain and soon....you wont even feel it...stretching is used for you not to get injured during a sport. and if you keep doing that...you wont get injurd!
