The media seems to avoid reporting that the Bush appointed President to the World Bank, Paul Wolfowitz had ruffled feathers to put his Tunisian girlfriend, Shaha Riza (who was then also working at the world Bank when he himself joined that institution!) at the US State Department in September 2005. It seems that Mr. Wolfowitz has been lecturing developing countries about good governance and fighting corruption, he was winking at an irregular promotion and overly generous US State Department pay increases to his lover.
The news is all over Washington DC and yet the media would prefer to snigger at Imus and avoid reporting Wolferwitz's corruptive deals.

From 1989-93 under U.S. President George H.W. Bush Wolfowitz served as U.S. Undersecretary of Defense for Policy reporting to the then U.S. Defense Secretary Dick Cheney. Wolfowitz was charged with realigning U.S. military strategy in the post-cold war environment.
In the aftermath of the war Wolfowitz and his assistant Scooter Libby wrote the Defense Planning Guidance to "set the nation’s direction for the next century" that many saw as a "blueprint for U.S. hegemony"
In 2001-05 under U.S. President George W. Bush, he served as U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense reporting to U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.
After 9/11, he was among those who pushed for taking advantage of the opportunity to prevent the future terrorist use of WMDs, and for the case to go to war with Iraq.
Needless to say, Libby and those Iraq war architects, he's a corrupt Israel-kissing Zionist NeoCon.

Not if you belong to Bush's legion of brain-washed losers.

Man, this whole gang got us here, which is NOPLACE.

Bush, you yellow-bellied loser, along with your shadow-coward buddy Cheney...how's rummy doing these days?

You guys are sick, and you probably left a paper-trail as thick as the Great Wall of BS you amateurs THOUGHT (as if) you'd get away with.

You better get some GRE#AT legal representation, fools!

I don't think the World Bank should exist, but he has a right to discriminate in whom he promotes. If he doesn't have that right, then people would have to be promoted at random, which would be a disaster. Could you imagine if the Continental Congress had randomly named Benedict Arnold as general instead of discriminating and choosing George Washington?
