now i was pregnant once before but i ever since i have been tryin but cant i get pregnant. So need to know what to do, im tryin to let the doctors office be my last resort. I know someone out there knows some type of methods.

I was in the exact same boat as you! I got pg with number 1 with out even trying (actually trying to prevent it) Fast forward 4 years later I get married and my husband says that he wants a sibling for our daughter, no problem, right?? Wrong!!! After 14 months and MANY nights crying we went to my OBGYN he tells us First for my hubby to get checked, then to get ovulation tests and when it is positive to come into his office so he could make sure that all was good with ovulation. We saw him Dec 19th on Jan 13th I called his office to make an appointment b/c an hpt said I was pg!!! We tried EVERYTHING!! I looked on line on wedmd.com and bought 2 books on how to conceive. That day that we went in for our consult though I guess it just calmed me down. My best advise for you is just to RELAX and as hard as it is DO NOT think about trying to conceive (you truly just have to let the idea go). I know it doesn't sound like very good advise but that is what worked for us. GOOD LUCK to you!!! Here is wishing you pg vibes!!!!! Buy a Clearblue Easy Fertiltiy Monitor. I got pregnant without this monitor at first with 6 months of trying but ended up in miscarriage. So I decided to buy this got it off ebay for like $60 with 2nd month of using it I got pregnant instantly and now I have a healthy beautiful 3 month old daughter Savanah Kiley. The Monitor will tell you when you are ovulating your high and low peak days those are the days to have try. Good Luck!

I wouldnt worry about it sometime it takes awhile after I had my first it took me almost 4 years to get pregnant with the second and the same way with the third just be patient im sure that it will happen and if your stressed then it could also play a roll.

Relax. My wife could not get pregnaent the first time we tried for about 9 months. Then she stopped trying and relaxed and let the moment take over and got pregnaent. The second time we weren't even trying and she got pregnaent because she was relaxed.

chech these links out ..and u didnt mention how old are you..if less than 35..just realx..and let nature take its own time. I too had to wait for 9 long months..after my first prg (failed) to concieve again..atleast you know you can..there are so many ppl who are not even aware if they make it...and if u can go for IUI.. it really helps..as in my case..i lost my first babay and wanted to get preg soon..doc suggested IUI..u r not put on any medicines axcept an HCG shot one day before IUI. rest all is left to GOD. Ask the pharmasict about a basil thermometer. It will tell you when you ovulate and when to have intercourse. It will cost under ten dollars. Worked for us (we have three kids.)

Have sex around the time you are ovulating. If you are not sure when you ovulate you should start keeping track of your cycle.
