Vince Young, because as he showed last season, he can take a normal / bad team and make them better all by himself.
Reggie Bush would also be a good choice, but he really did not show anything running the ball last year.
plus, Young is plain just a winner. he refuses to lose and he is a great teammate.

I'd say either Cutler or Leinart. You do not 'build' a team around a RB, and Bush is not a full time 30+ carries a game kind of RB so he's out. Vince Young is an exciting player but his style is not something to build a team around. Cutler and Leinart are the more proto type NFL QBs. Both have strong arms, are smart, mobile when needed. I think each will get better and better with experience.

Mario Williams. I said it from the day he was drafted. He's going to be a hall of fame player. He kind of reminds me of Reggie White the way he attacks the line. The Texans were smart not to draft Bush. Bush will never be anything more than a glorified slot receiver who dances too much in the backfield and can't hit the hole hard enough because he's too small. I'd say Vince will have the second best after a little more work. He'll probably never be an accurate passer, but that's not his game. He runs it. Leinart will probably be the worst (even though I thought he would be much better than he is). He looks like he hasn't improved at all since he was drafted, which granted was only a year and a half ago, but still.

Vince Young for sure. Reggie Bush is a great player but Vince Young is just a winner, plain and simple. He single handedly helped the Titans win 8 games in a row towards the end of last season, without him they win 1 or 2 of those at most. Vince Young puts teams on his back and carries them to wherever it is he wants to go (BCS National Championship anyone?) He can run up and down the field like Michael Vick Wishes he could, and he has greta arm strength. He will only become more accurate. The only thing the Titans need to do is put more talent on the O-Line and on the defensive side of the ball. If i started a franchise around him the only tough thing to do would be not screw it up.

dang dude, that is a really good question because you can build a team off anyone of those players. if i were to pick, i would go with matt leinart. it might come to a surprise to some of you, but hear me out. leinart is the smartest of the selection here. he has great leadership and tries his best week in and week out. he just needs an OL to work with. leinart is the guy to build around for future purposes. he's a long term goal. again though, its a tough question, as all are capable of being built around as they are right now.

Vince Young seems to have the potential to be a great leader for the future or Reggie Bush seems to be developing into the RB we expected him to be.

I would probably choose Vince Young

Vince Young. All 4 of these guys are great talents but Vince has a passion to win. This desire to win is what makes players great. In addition, Vince is a talented qb that can also be a factor in the running game with his speed and size. He is a winner and will take the Titans to a superbowl one day.

Bush or Cutler
Young and Leinart are too unstable now

1. Leinert 2. Young 3. Bush 4. Cutler

It is easier to find good rb's than qb's, or I would have Bush #1. Any of these qbs may or may not turn out to be a quality NFL qb, but Bush is so versatile that I think he will be a productive player for years to come.
