Orleans core is AMD64 AM2 single core. Its dual core counterpart is AMD64 X2 3800+ - 6000+ (Windsor core). The single core Orleans will have a similar performance as its X2 counterpart (same speed) when running single threaded apps but will be ouperformed when running multithreaded apps or symmetric multi-processing.
