How long did it take for your Error 999 to go off?

Last time it was 18 hours and i was not happy. I've waited 6 hours so far. What about you guys?

I've had it almost 10 times.It has always lasted 24 to 30 hrs for me.

Once the error 999 is triggered you will find that your IP address has been blocked for a period of time, somewhere between 2 and 24 hours usually.

A lot of high usage users get this.It varies.Anything from an hour up to 30 hours.
