I just started seeing these lights about 8:30pm today.

I live in PA and I did see "something" in the sky. I was on my way to class when I noticed, while driving, a blue sphere in the sky. I don't know if it was spinning or not. I don't know how big it was exactly because I don't know how far away it was. I'm guessing it was anywhere between 10-20 miles away. Almost as soon as I seen the blue sphere, it stayed suspended, then it took off straight up in the sky and disappeared. It was really weird. I don't know if it were visitor form another world, but it defiantly was an UFO.
