They passed legislation already to end the war, the House and Senate................ Thats about as much as they can do right now.
it will be on the President's desk but he already said he will veto it, and it doesn't look like they have enough votes override the veto due to the republicans still holding moderate numbers in Conress.

very nice twist...i do recall someone said that once the Dem's took over the senate and house that the simple minded re-pugs will expect instant results and then cry wolf.
