This is my 3rd time it's happened and i'm not happy. Yes i have it at the moment. What about you guys?

No it never has happened to me before. I not a heavy user, so I don't have to worry.
Even so I have not got is error, I done some digging of the topic on the Internet and I have find some suggestion sites, there are.

I have only had it for an hour if I have been answering for hours.The best thing to do is to take breaks in between answering.I have sat on here in the past for 6 hours without moving.

I have had it before...and what I usually do is exit out of everything running...restart the computer and run a registry check (if you have a program to do this)...then it usually disappears...
