MGM sits on the corner of Tropicana and Las Vegas Blvd. On the other 3 corners are NewYork NewYork, Tropicana, and Excaliber. Easy distance to walk to is Hooters (next to Tropicana), Luxor and Mandalay Bay (next to Excaliber), Monte Carlo (next to NewYork NewYork) then you have Aladdin, Paris, and Bally's (further down the strip on the same side) and Bellagio (down the strip and across the street).
