What grade do you teach ? First of all can you be more specific or clear? and when you teach you must do it with a passion you must like it alot. How do you want to move up?
you must be their inspiration, inspire them. my kids were like that they were very mean they hardly knew how to read and they were trouble students, but I got to know i asked them how was their life outside of school , it took time but i got to know them slowly but with patience i told them to promise me soemyhing eachone got a special letter from me telling them a little about myself and about their actor soon i showed them that in order to be someone they must study. now those same students are awesome smart not troubled kidsa everyone learns differently and always tell your students that you missed them like if they were your own kids and tell them that no one can replace them .I will tell you teaching is not only a JOB it's an outreach to our newer generation anyways I pray that your classs will one day see how important education can be.

This reads as though you are using English as a second language. If so, you may need to work on your translations a bit. 'Move-up with students' is puzzling and, as you have gathered from previous responses, doesn't mean anything. Are you trying to say you have problems motivating students?
Which language will you be teaching in? Your native tongue or English? If it's English, you can combine further work in that language with your Education studies at university.
During your studies, you will do practicums, which are teacher-training sessions in which you work with real students in real classes, under the supervision of an experienced teacher and your faculty adviser. They can assist you in learning techniques to motivate your students.

Learn English. Then maybe you can gain some move-up with students. That will help you come out from this. This is honestly the most important skill for all quiet people.

Hey I understand ur problem. Actually u r treating students as ur audience. U have to change ur mindset. U treat them as friends and dont be so formal. Just deliver ur dialog without taking much pressure of delivering best. C no one is best in this world, everybody have some shortcomings. so start teaching in ur usual and natural way... Al d best ...i m sure u ll now enjoy teaching..Dont take it as professon.. take it as fun...
I was also in teachin field & initially i used to hesitate but gradually i became frnd of them rather than teacher.. and things became fine

You need to talk to your old teachers, and try and covey your concerns.

It will help, if you find a teacher that understand your vernacular language so you can both have batter understanding.

I think you meant to say you do not have good repose with the student. Or good connection with the students.

Since there is absolutely NO way to answer this incomprehensible question, I want to vote for the answers!!

My favorite is Wild_Turkey, because that answer is the only one the asker will understand.

Honorable mention to Asbbydl, because that answer is actually the very BEST answer to the question for those of us who do understand.

You two made the reading fun! Thanks.

To be the teacher is in maximum. The student are happily repeating and you can densify them until they elevate with a supreme mental. Then also you are beginning with a mental of education. Good luck!
