I just saw this the other day... People with red hair are dying off?

Any thoughts?

Thank goodness! People with red hair creep me out. Not really. That's pretty sad... First it was dinosaurs, now it's redheads... Maybe we can save them by breeding pure redheads (not those freaks that dye their hair red) together and create more redheads.

just kidding.

Less than 4% of the worlds population have red hair. That is not a high enough percentage to maintain the gene. If you are a natural red head you are among the last generations that will posess the gene. Within the next hundred years red heads will be virtually extinct forever.

Dying off is a weird way to express it. The gene is becoming less and less common and one day there won't be natural redheads anymore. Since I have red hair, my bf mentioned it to me after he saw some documentary talking about it.

hmmmm...not in my family.
My cousin's wife has dk.brown hair and he has dk. brown hair like his dad, but his mom has red hair, both his girls have red hair. So I don't see the red hair gene "dying off"
My daughters hair is light brown and getting redder by the day...I have strawberry blond (naturally) and her father has light/medium brown.
None the less, a true "red" redhead is a slight rarity anyway, always has been.

a expert salon that makes use of a semi-everlasting colorgloss can gain a balanced darker colour on your hair that isn't depart that terrible "root" line while your hair grows in. making use of a container colour will maximum probable bring about hair which will fade "off tone" to an unflattering orangish colour. you have considered this strolling down the line, i'm beneficial...anticipate to wish clean colorglossing approximately each 8-10 weeks to maintain your locks looking impressive and plush.
