two very different artists. The Beatles were a band Elvis is , well Elvis. As song writers and pop culture the Beatles were probably bigger and better. Elvis because he is American will always still be the King. He is known for more then just his music. Elvis in a tie-breaker wins

there's two kinds of people in this world, Elvis people and Beatles people. Now Beatles people can like Elvis. And Elvis people can like the Beatles. But nobody likes them both equally. Somewhere you have to make a choice. And that choice tells me who you are....

I love the Beatles, I am not a big Elvis fan. I appreciate what he has done for music but I prefer the Beatles.
