Water, sugar, cysteine, Motrin 600 mg, and B vitamins.
The alcohol acted as a diuretic and caused you to become dehydrated. The kidneys and the liver both need plenty of water to allow for filtration of the alcohol by-products to be pulled out of your blood stream and into the urine. When you became dehydrated your system didn't have the ability to work on full throttle and the toxins built up a bit in your blood stream causing you to feel nauseated and ill the next day.
Alcohol also lowers your blood sugar. Your brain needs sugar as it's main energy source. Try drinking Gatorade or Kool-Aid the next morning to replenish both your water supply and increase your blood sugar.

DO NOT TAKE TYLENOL OR ACETAMINOPHEN PRODUCTS to combat your morning headache as they can cause liver damage after a night of excess. INSTEAD use MOTRIN or IBUPROFEN products.

If you go to source #1 you will find a classic receipe for a hangover cure tonic. It sounds like a good one.

I usually take 2 Motrin and drink 2 glasses of water before I go crash. I also try to pop two Tic Tacs in my mouth when I crash ... helps with the morning breath and ups my blood sugar just enough. There is also a low risk of my choking on a little Tic Tac.... versus some wad of gum or a huge mint.

Hope you feel better, man.... I know how bad that sucks although I haven't had a hangover in a few years...

There is an old ancient rule that if you drink a glass of water for ever glass of alcohol you drink before going to bed (or before you start drinking, or while your drinking, its up to you) that you wont have a hang over the next morning.

I get really bad hang overs and I tried this and it really works!

Other methods that work good are:

having another drink when you wake up (dont know why it works but it does)

or eating something with grease (like a hamburger) which strangely works too.

But both of these include taking in lots of calories to get rid of a hangover, so if you're watching your weight, just drink lots of water!

those form of solutions are sturdy strategies to remedy hangovers. to evade a hang over before you bypass out make effective you drink numerous water. If i comprehend i'd be getting inebriated in the nighttime i will drink quite some water with the help of out the day. I always attempt to drink a minimum of three glasses of water before i bypass out. you'll also favor to drink a pitcher or 2 of water on the top of the nighttime. extreme alcohol dehydrates your body which causes you to get a headache and experience like crap. quite some water will avert a hangover each and every time. A gatorade and a double cheese burger from McDonald's are always sturdy for the subsequent morning in case you rather won't be able to kick it.

In my own personal opinion, drink water before the session and the next morning then cook up a fry,it might not be the healthiest solution but it cures my hangovers.

Orange juice for vitamin C; a sausage, bacon and egg sandwich; 2 ibuprofen to take down swelling inside your head due to dehydration (that's where the headache comes from); and back to bed for more sleep.

Oh yeah, drink as MUCH water as you can the night before and throughout the night.

Plenty of water to counteract the dehydration which is caused by alcohol. If you have the presence of mind, take a couple of asprins/paracetamol before going to bed.

Don't drink too much alcohol. I'm not saying don't booze, but have other drinks such as water, fruit juice in between the alcoholic ones. Take it easy and don't drink too quickly - it doesn't have to be a competition.

BEFORE going to bed, and AFTER drinking, eat a meal. This will prevent it.

If you get one...breathing medical oxygen (3 lpm from a mask or nc) will get rid of it in a few minutes.
