ares downloading movies?

For some reason whenever I download a movie on ares .. I go to the screen but nothing shows up and I can just here it but not see it. Doesn't anyone know how to fix it??? Thanks! <3

On my pc I can't play the ones that are avi, I can only play the mpeg version. This might be your problem too.
