Find a naive teenager in your area to pick the lock. They are dieing to do something like this. I was that way and good at it. A kiss on the cheek will give them something to brag about or $5 to $10 dollars will do it too.

you have 2 strategies. turn the cabinet the opposite direction up. some cabinets have locks that place self assurance in gravity to artwork. or you are able to touch the producer and function a sparkling key sent for a small value. Hon expenses $11. I duct tape a spare key to the back of my cabinet now.

if you dont have time to call hon, then drill it out... 3/8 to 1/2 in drill bit...

if it's a regular key try putting a somewhat small screwdriver in and turn it. I opened up my safe this way.
