it is really starting to get irritating....please tell me whats rong with my voice

Nothing's wrong, it's perfectly normal. It's just because your voice hasn't changed all the way yet. I got extremely irritated with it as well, in fact, the first time somebody thought I was my dad when I answered I got really excited and nearly hung up on them. Fortunatley I realized what I was doing before I did, and gave the phone to my dad.

Ive called people before thinkin it was a mom but it turned out to be a guy , i dont know some people just sound weird on the phone

Soon your voice will start cracking then it will deepen. People used to make me feel bad when they thought I was my mom, now I get all the "oh you are gowing up so fast" when they think it is my dad. I am 15 and 11 months.

You voice is still high, it will lower over the next couple years.When you answer the phone just say "Hello this is John" or what ever your name is, then there won't be a mistake

that happened to me too they would say thank you ma'am or my moms name but I'm 14 now and my voice got deeper over night

I have something similar,people think I am God because when i answer the phone,people say Oh my god,it's you.I hope this helps.
