At most hardware or lawn and garden departments. They should be on the shelves by now I would think. Unless you plan on using it for many many years, I would pick up a small plastic one. Should run you about $10 at most and is easy to use. REMEMBER: Always clean and allow it to dry inside before you put it away. This includes the nozzles and hose. WEAR Rubber GLOVES and a particle mask when using it and cleaning it.

Home improvement stores usually have better manual pump sprayers in the paint section for about $20 - 2 gal with multiple spray heads, longer hose and wand, and easy to clean. Better value if you are going to use it for years to come.

Lowes or Home Depot, actually anyone with a garden center. You should use different ones for insecticides and herbicides.

Depending on your need, any dollar store carries them. They are 1 quart, and cost $3.00. Mine has lasted 3 years.
