An attempt to cross into your personal space. If it seems you don't mind then he try something else to get a reaction. I suggest to hold your ground if it bothers you. He just wanted to feel the merchandise. If he did it by accident, he should have said he was sorry...but if he did it on purpose, you should have slapped him, and told him to keep his hands to himself.
Maybe you had a nice looking one, and he wanted to find out if it was real, and not fake padding. Now-a-days, a girl doesn't have to wear padding to have a shapely butt, it just comes naturally. That's why stores sell bikini swimsuits.
