This was at the bottom of the first sentence of my question. How did they do this and who do I report this to.

I looked at your other question, and it appears that Yahoo Answers already removed if - and yes, the 'bots are hard at work - I recommend changing your password, clearing all of the cookies out of your machine and re-booting - looks like a virus has gotcha.
