...he's, or rather it's never really given a name in the first 'Creepshow'; however, in 'Creepshow 2', the character returns in the beginning, the end, and in between the story tie-ins of the film, and he is played (in the live-action incarnation) by master make-up artist Tom Savini. I believe that the character, in 'C2' was referred in the credits, as merely 'The Creep' (Joe Silver did the voice-over, in both the live-action, and the animated incarnation of 'The Creep', in the film).
