Sex is when a boy takes out a girl and buys them lots of drinks and at the end of the evening they go to whoever doesn't have roommates home and they put on some Barry White or something and start making out...this is considered first base.
Then, the boy will put his hands underneath the girls shirt and if he's skilled, he'll unhook her bra and feel her boobs - that's second base.
