when i run my breasts keep hitting my chin it is enoying does anyone else have this same problem

I've never ran without a bra but I'm sure they would...buy a bra

I usually wear a regular bra and a sports bra for running to keep the "girls" in place.

Hun - wear a sports bra if your boobs are so big they hit your chin, and no, its never happened to me because i wear a bra when i run

No, and gravity has a good hoold on them now.
Try wearing a sports bra, they're made to keep everything tucked in when you're doing sports like running.

the best advice is don't run without a bra on unless theres an emergency. invest in a properly fitting sports bra. you aren't doing your "girls" any good and you can actually injure your back this way.

My wife's hit my chin when I run with her. They need safety nets on treadmills for sure.
