Why isn't there mouse-flavored cat food?

That is a very good question. I'd also like to know why there is so much salmon and tuna-flavored cat food? Why in the world do cats like fish? Has anyone ever seen a cat by the bank, trying to nab a trout? Or diving in the ocean for tuna?
