I sleep with 2 pillows...seems to help me breathe better during the night. I also like to cuddle up with a body pillow.

i sleep with one under my head but have a total of 3 pillows on my bed. one of my pillows is the shape of a hotdog that is what my friend refers that as, it protects my head from myself bumping my head against the wall when i roll over.
