You should never wait till the last minute. What happens if you need information that you don't have, that will end up taking some more days to retrieve. You need to do your taxes ahead of time. Be more organized & on schedule so you don't face any "last minute" stress.

You actually have another day to procrastinate (Not that I recommend this.)
Due to Emancipation day in Washington DC, the deadline is April 17, 2007.

Most of us who prepare income taxes are always the last ones to file our own. I'll be working on mine this weekend.
