however i know people that are still virgins and some taht are 15 and slept with 20 odd!!

I would say 3 by age 18 is a lot.

Lost my virginity at 18 to my current boyfriend. I am now 26 and he is the only guy I have ever slept with. He had to wait 3 months before I slept with him and he waited very patiently. I had to be completely sure he loved me for who I was and he wasn't with me just to get down my pants. I've seen too many guys hurt girls, so I had to make sure he was for real. Well, he was!!!
What would I class as a lot by what age? Just my opinion, no one get upset, but I think 2 by age 18. I guess I'm just very very careful who I give my body to.

As for the rude comments from yanks_win2003, he should check his own grammar before posting insults toward your spelling errors. I've capitalized his screw up so you can see what I mean--

Don't listen to jerks like that. He probably just wanted the 2 pts from answering the question. If it will make you feel any better, my boyfriend has dyslexia too. He had his share of rude and ignorant people as well.

I've only slept with one person, the man that I'm married to.

I lost my virginity to him (while we were still dating) 2 weeks before my 18th birthday.

I am now 24 and only slept with my hubby.

I would classify a lot as 5 or more by age 18...That's just a few too many...Of course, I'm a prude.

(BTW...I'm really sorry there are some rude people on here...If they don't like the question or how it's presented, they can ignore it if they had half a brain...But apparently, they don't.)

I'm 24 and lost it at 16. I've been with 13 women and only one has been in a relationship which was the first. I would consider more than 10 a year a lot if you were not in a relationship but it doesn't really matter if your not hurting anyone and having fun and everyone knows the score etc.

I started at a very young age and slept with lots. Most of them were called `Teddy` or `Edward`. However my favourites were the twins Sally and Susan. You never forget your first loves, it`s the ones that come later that get lost in the `fog`!

I am now 33 and I recently worked it out: 54
I would say more than 20 per year from 16 onwards (if not in a relationship) was overdoing it.

I'm on 3 a year overall, but I have only had a total of 3 years out of a relationship (and have never cheated) since being 16. My rate as a single person is 16 per year on average.
