AAAAALLLLLLL RRRRRIIIIIIGGGGGHHHHHTTTTTT DEEEEEEEETTTTTRRRRROOOOOOIIIIIITTTTTTTT.
YOU wanted the Best, You Got THe Best, THe Hottest band in the world....
KISS!
They had alot to do with the current music, stage show, presence, simple and fun songs, blowing things up, all the theatrics.
There are many great bands that fit into the classic genre though. Zepplin, The Doors, AC/DC.
Wait a minute, are these classic bands? Geez, I'm getting old!
