Unfortunately acrylic paint is notorious for clinging to surfaces however, you should use a razor sharp knife to gently scrap the material to break the surface of the paint then apply distilled white vinegar. Leave to soak for only a short time as the acrylic will try to dry even below the vinegar, then wash the clothing in the normal way.

Try soaking the spots with rubbing alcohol. Put a paper towel underneath the spots to prevent the stains from spreading, scrub with an old toothbrush.
Then spot clean with detergent and wash as usual.
