Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who married his cousin Eleanor, and was also related to Theodore Roosevelt, and Richard Milhous Nixon. When President Roosevelt died in Warm Spring, Georgia, he was succeeded by his Vice President, Harry S Truman, who had to make the hard decision whether or not to use "The Bomb" against the Empire of Japan.

FDR was the only President of the United States to serve more than two full terms, and Truman would not have been bound by the restrictions of the 22nd Amendment, had he chosen to run for another full term of his own, as he was the sitting President when the 22nd Amendment was declared to be in effect.
