What is the easiest way to build/buy a windmill?

I want one for outdoor lights. We have wind a lot of the time. Also want to know how to store the excess energy it produces.

With regards to storage of the energy, most windmill kits include some sort of battery. The windmill charges the battery and your lights would run off the battery, rather than directly from the windmill.
