Take a cresent wrench or a pipe wrench and loosen the nut that is around the stem. Use a towel in the jaws of the wrench so you won't mess up the chrome or other finish that it has. Good luck. If you need further assistance, go down to the hardware store and have them give you instructions or show you how it's done.

Number 1 shut of the water supply to the sink, Both Hot and Cold. Once the knob top has been removed, you will probably have to use a small pipe wrench to loosen the washer on the main stem. Once that is off. you pull the stem out. A replacement stem them can be put in or possible just a washer replacement. Maybe only need to replace the spring an rubber cup in the inside under the stem you removed.

Turn the water off. Pull the handle, either a screw or a nut, possibly a small metal cap that pops off to get to a phillips headed screw. Then rotate the stem out and it will have a rubber washer on the end of it held by a phillips screw. Take it to the hardware store and match one up. Good luck.

Try calling customer service. They are usually good at helping their customers with any problems. I'm sure they can show you how to dis-assemble it. If that doesn't help, have you tried their website?
