Right to work state also means your employer can fire you for no reason.

Almost all Right to work states have lower wages lower benefits and lower retirement benefits. Most employers like the Right to work states because they can do almost anything they want with employees without any repercussion. This means you can be fired for anything laid off for any reason you don't have union layers to fight for you. You are basically on your own

VAis a right to work State.Besides not having to join a Union, the key issue is either party can terminate the job agreement (job) with out cause.

This means they can lay you off without explaining why, and you can quit with no notice. Mind it does no one well to leave a bad mark on their record so pruduce is used except in extreme conditions.
