While Shahid Afridi has played 26 Test Matches and 238 ODI Matches, Dhoni has played only 15 test Matches and 69 One Day Internationals. Hence it will be totally unfair to compare both of them.
However, by going through the record, Shahid Afridi has the record for most sixes by average.

Shahid Afridi is the king of sixes, M S Dhoni is nothing as compared to Afridi. Wasim Akram Said about Dhoni that he is not a good batsman I would get him out in two balls.

Its Sahid Afridi because when he enter in the ground apposition captain send its fielder to boundary line to stop raining of sixes.
On his day he can win matches for country with in the 15 - 20 overs.
He deals only in the sixes not in the fours or singles.
