First- keep in mind this relationship or percieved relationship of hers is none of your business, and certainly don't give her the idea you approve of it. Second-- if this guy is engaged, and is possibly leading her on or encouraging her, he is a total creep---just imagine if the shoe was on the other foot and she was the fiancee! He isn't worthy of either woman. But your cousin is certainly the evil one if she is trying to break up the engagement.

Is he "Married" or "To-Be Married"?

All's fair in love and war and I belive it's better to say the words rather than to be silent and have regrete forever. This is why most wedding cerimonies have the words, "Let any one who objects to this union now come out or forever hold their peace".

I loved the way the movie, "My Best Friends Wedding" had her tell him that she loves him:

"Julianne Potter says: 'Michael ... I love you. I've loved you for nine years, I've just been too arrogant and scared to realize it, and ... well, now I'm just scared. So, I realize this comes at a very inopportune time but I really have this gigantic favor to ask of you. Choose me. Marry me. Let me make you happy. Oh, that sounds like three favors, doesn't it?'"

Better talk her out of it, what goes around comes around...you know how karma works!! Ask her if she'd want someone doing that to her relationship, get her some perspective, quick!!
