Slow, definitely. Are you asking me to dance? Awwww.

If I absolutely MUST dance, for some reason, then it's slow-dancing. If I try anything else, somebody is likely to call an ambulance, because I look like I'm having some sort of seizure.

And if I'm at an event of some kind, like a wedding, and someone insists that I do the "Chicken Dance" (or whatever), I'll feign food poisoning.

Really, it's that bad.

Slow Dancing. I believe that slow dancing is really getting to know someone. You are able to be there in the moment with each other.

Slow dancing.... its the only type im actually good at cause its not that hard. Unless im with my friends in a room (no one else) ill start dancing but then make a fool of myself. Specially if they take a video on their phone then show people at school.... ughhhhh.... so embarrasing but soooo funny at the same time!

I can only slow dance. I'm horrible at the other forms of dancing.

Depends on the mood I am in and the atmosphere but I would have to say freestyle.
