When i really think about everything back in my life there is alot of things that i could say that i am ashamed of for example being with this guy for 6 years cause he treated me like crap litterally but im not really ashamed of that because i got 3 beautiful children out of it and for that reason i can never be ashamed of it..
Another example is I am disabled because of seizures and tourette syndrom, and in the beginning i was ashamed of it but now im not because i realize that i was born with this and its not my fault i have it and there is really nothing wrong with it..
It really is hard to be ashamed of something because there is always a good side to it if you look at it the right side like the examples i gave you..
Hope you see what i mean..

So I would have to say i am not ashamed of anything at all!!

Eating boogers.
OK...just kiddin'. I thought all the answers so far were so TAME!! Had to gross-out SOMEONE! Ok, seriously, I am ashamed that I'm not radical enough to get arrested for protesting anymore. I'm ashamed that I think it should be the young people who should pick up the torch that we let drop in the 60's. This war in Iraq is just SO wrong and I'm ashamed that I'm not "out there" doing enough to try to stop it.
