Fresh ginger root helped me. If you can, grate it and put it on some veggies... If not you can make a tea (steep/boil) and sip some. It was the ONLY thing that helped me!
Congratulations!

cut a lemon and half and sniff it. Don't force yourself to eat. I couldn't eat anything other then ice cream with my first kid, until I passed the four month pregnancy point. The lemon helps with the nauseousness and I dont' know why. Try drinking ensure products. If those stay down, it should be good.

Try having someone help you out. Have them make some single foods for you. Avacado sandwich see if you can take that. Chicken sandwich. Try bland for a while. The smells will get you. And for some weird reason your sence of smell is higher then it normally is. Sniff the lemon.

Good luck

first i feel really sorry for you
like the other girl
i was totally sick the entire time i was pregnant with my first
nothing stayed down
but you just have to keep trying
and if you have to puke it
it happens
but you have to try to keep something in you for you and the baby
if you go more than a couple days and are feeling really sick and dizzy and all of that then youll have to go get an iv
but again nothing worked for me either
so i ate what i wanted when i wanted and carried around a pitcher to puke in (i couldnt make it to the bathroom...it sucked)
but i got trough it and so will you
good luck hun
i really hope you feel better soon and arent sick the WHOLE pregnancy like i was

I will tell you what, I vomited the whole 10 months I was pregnant. The only things that I could eat was what I was craving. If you crave some thing eat it. It hope fully will get better after your first trimester. Good luck. None of the things that people suggested helped me not ginger, not the sea band that go on your wrists. Nothing I tried every thing through my two pregnancy's.

When I was pregnant with my twins, I couldn't keep food down for a month. But you NEED to try to eat something. I got to the point where I would eat things that if they ended up being thrown up, it wouldn't be awful. Bowls of cheerios, yogurt, things that are soft but have substance if they stay down. I know this sounds ridiculous, but when you're sure you're going to puke, choose your food accordingly and if you don't puke, awesome.
Good luck! It will get better!
You can also try vitamin b12 or b6, i forget which one it is that helps.

MAYBE TRY SOME OTHER FRUIT, SALTINE CRACKERS, VEGETABLES, OR PASTA. THAT WAS THE ONLY THING I COULD EAT.
BUT YOU NEED TO GET SOME FOOD AND DRINK PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. THE FIRST 3 MONTHS ARE HARD AND SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO TAKE SUPPLEMENTS TO HELP YOU OUT.
BUT TRY EATING AT DIFFERENT TIMES. I COULD ONLY EAT IN THE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON. AFTER THAT FORGET IT. SO TRY THE DIFFERENT TIMES, YOU MAY FIND THAT YOU HOLD DOWN MORE IN THE EVENING RATHER THAN IN THE MORNING. AND WHEN YOU DO THAT EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

There is medicine to help. You need to get some fluids. Try a couple saltine crackers and a little water for starters.
