any where from 160 F to 220 F depending on the car. Newer cars run higher temperatures because it helps the burn and modern cooling systems (read radiators etc) are more efficient and there for have less trouble dissapating heat. Also it varies by radiator cap pressure (the higher the pressure, the higher temp that can be run without boiling over) and the thermostat (the sooner it opens, the sooner it begins to cool and vice versa).

If the car has been running the water temp could easily be around 240 degrees F. Water boils at about 212 degrees. The pressurized water system of the car causes the boiling point to go higher than normal. This is part of the design.

HOWEVER, IF YOU REMOVE THE RADIATOR CAP OR BLOW A HOSE THE PRESSURE WILL BE GONE AND THE WATER WILL INSTANTLY BOIL AT A FURIOUS RATE !!!

Many people get burned that way, real bad.

Most modern cars run coolant under pressure of 14 psi to 17 psi this makes boiling point 230 to 240 degrees. Keep track of coolant levels water evaporates and level will go down one to two cups 8-16 ounces a year. My car runs at 214 degrees F. Scalding burns blisters .. Allow cars to cool overnight before checking coolant.

depends on how long the car has been running. if it's been parked for a while, it's room or air temperature. if it's an old volkswagen, there is no water in the radiator, so the question is moot. water has been known to boil out of a radiator as well, so i'd have to say the max temperature is the boiling point of a antifreeze/water mix, minimum temp would be the freezing point of an antifreeze/water mix, normal operating temp would be between the two.
hey, you are the one that asked a vague question!

The water in radiators can get up to 200 degrees. Yeah, it'll burn you. If it's overheating, it's maybe more like 250.

You have a couple thermostats that regulate the temperature to either..... 160, 170, 180 or 195 degrees.

Typically 165 to 195 degrees depending on the car.

It can be over 200 degrees F. Most cars run at 175 - 190 degrees F.

The water can be anywhere from 140F to 240F during normal operation because the system is pressurized to about 20 psi which prevents boiling at higher temperatures.
