Hitler would have been victorious if he would have continued the blietzkreig luftwafa offensive against the British. When he abandoned the original goals of the assault on London the British rallied back and were able to defend Great Britain. This change in tactics made Hitler's officers question his abilities. Furthermore, if he would have continued the original aims of the London offensive GB would have fallen and the European continent would have been his.

When he let the rest of the British and French forces flee from Dunkirk spring1940.
(The war would have been over and Europe would speak one language today, Stalin would have not lived to see 1942 and the cold war would have never happened. Men would have been on the Moon in 1952 and the USA would have not gotten involved. Science would be Religion and Religion would be obsolete. Arabs would still live as nomads, sometimes looking from a camel back onto the oil rigs owned including the soil by western companies)

He decided to try and invade Russia.
(This meant he was fighting a war on two fronts. And Russia is cold. What he thought would be a 'I cam, I saw, I conquered' sort of thing turned out to last quite a while. Troops in summer uniforms tend not to last too well in Russian winters)

Declaring war on USA in 1941 wasn't a smart move. While Japan and Germany were allied, the treaty did not bind him to declaring war when USA declared war on Japan after Pearl Harbour.

If he had decided to leave Japan alone to fight USA, who knows how the war might have developed in Europe?

He had to keep on inventing enemies. First it was communists then the social democrats, then homosexuals, then gypsies, then jews, then Czechoslovakia, then Poland, then France, then Britain, then the Soviet Union, then the USA, then his generals, then the German people, then he shot himself.
The moral is make love not war.
