Little of both, my room is completely dark but my door is always open so light comes in.

Does the television count as a "night light"?
I can fall asleep faster in front of the TV than practically anywhere else! And that usually happens when I'm watching a really neat show or movie; I've missed the middle or end of so much stuff!

I have to have it pitch black dark, I cannot sleep when anyone turns on the light even in the next room!!!
