i dunno, but just take a look at michael jackson, he`s supposedly got one he can take off & put on at will,so...i guess anything`s possible!!!

I'm sure you could, but you would have a tough time finding a surgeon to do the procedure. If Michael Jackson can get all that excessive work, you could get anything done for the right price.

yes but i assume you would have holes on your face like skeleton. but i guess the nose has bone in it or how else woudl they do nose jobs...i dont think you could get it FULLY removed because it is used for breathing!

IF U HAVE PHNUMONIA AND IT LEADS TO bacteia phenumumguytis and they tell you to breath through your nose or else u will die u would die because u dont have a nose sorry i spelled them wrong thats my bad :)

I suppose. You'd have problems with dust and stuff getting in your respiratory system, but it's possible.
