Space Harrier (c) 12/1985 Sega.
Space Harrier is a sprite-scaling, into-the-screen shoot-em-up set in the "Fantasy Zone"; a surreal, abstract world composed of bright colours and a checkerboard-styled ground. The game's enemies are as unique as its setting; featuring prehistoric animals, alien pods, giant mushrooms and, at the end of every stage, a huge, fireball-spitting Chinese dragon.
The player's on-screen counterpart carries a portable jetpack under his arm, which allows him to fly as well as run along the ground. The jetpack is equipped with a laser, allowing the player to destroy both the game's many enemies as well as a variety of obstructions, such as trees and the floating rocks on level one.

- TRIVIA -
The pioneer 3D shooting game realized by a high speed 3D processing. The first full-color CG graphics in Japan and a beautiful BGM supported by a FM sound system that gave a great impact to the arcade scene in 1985.
There were three different dedicated cabinets made for this game, an upright, a cockpit, and a full motion cockpit. On the upright one, the image on the marquee ressembled the artwork on the old Sega Master System game boxes, a field of lines with a '3-D' Space Harrier logo, and a green cartoon dragon that looks nothing like the dragon on the side (they really should let the same person do all the art). The control panel uses an analog joystick, and is decorated with several guages and blinkenlights.
Alfa Records released a limited-edition soundtrack album for this game (Sega Taikan Game Special - 28XA-198) on 12/1987.

- The lives counter doesn't work properly! Sometimes it will either not subtract a lost life or it will actually ADD one or two! I'm still trying to get this nailed right down so I can give you the exact circumstances but it seems to be after you've continued a couple of times and put in two or three credits. sharrier236rc2gre Charvel
- When the highscore table scrolls up at the end of a game the player initials appear behind any game sprites left over on the screen. sharrier336rc2gre Charvel

You can download ccleaner for free here: http://bit.ly/1Bk5V5C
First open CCleaner
Go to the Cleaner tab and you will be confronted by a very confusing lineup of checkboxes.
To make this brief, below is my recommended setup:
Under internet explorer check temporary internet files, cookies, and last download location. Most users don't really need this stuff. keep history and bookmarks unchecked, history is a maybe, but you don't want to lose bookmarked sites. You can normally leave Windows Explorer, System, and Advanced alone.
Run CCleaner and it will start deleting files.
afterward it will present you with a list of the files deleted, you really don't need to go through it as it will be several pages long.
The registry cleaner is recommended for slightly more advanced users. Use it after uninstalling programs as they will often leave behind incorrect registry entries.
If you decide to run Registry cleaner then review the items detected and always back up the registry (I keep a folder aside for this)
The Tools tab lets you uninstall programs and set startup programs. Why do you need this if Windows has all of these features? Especially with Vista Home Ed. The windows defender software explorer( startup programs) doesn't pick up some entries (however software explorer is easier to use).
Using CCleaner to uninstall programs and then check for leftover registry entries takes less time.
Under Options you can determine how CCleaner cleans your files. I leave this alone.
