I hate to say this, but a boy should start carrying a rubber when he gets his first erection. there are way too many unwanted pregnancies out there that could have been prevented, not to mention cases of aids etc. The reason i hate to say it is i don't actually condone underage sex, but hey, we have an epidemic that needs controlled.

get them .. put them in your wallet and dont mention it until you need to use them.. and always use them even if she says she is on the pilll.. she could be telling you a fib.. if she says she is on the pill and there is no need.. just say i like how they feel.. it turns me on or what ever.. dont ever take her word for it.. some females will try to get pregnet just to have a child.. or child support dont let a few minutes of pleasure be a life time of hell
