in which sense? Whatever happens you can't stop your husband talking to other women or even being friends with other women, and you're more likely to drive him to do something like that if you pounce on him every time he's friends with another girl.
If you mean having an affair, there's not a great deal you can do. Talk to him, let him know he's loved but also let him know early on where his boundaries lie, and should he push something like that and have an affair, then he's out as you don't deserve that. Be careful not to keep reminding him of it though, otherwise he may start to feel pressured and trapped.
More importantly, is it really that important? Has anything happened that has made you concerned enough to ask, or are you "covering your bases"? I think what you should be working on is not making him blind to seeing other women, but subtly letting him know he can look at other women, but you're still the one he married, you're still the one that loves him and will be there for him when he needs it. The rest is up to him.

Be a little more secure, because what you are trying to do is impossible and unhealthy. If you try too hard you will likely be overwhelming and he may do the reverse of what you are hoping for. Just be secure, and know, that yes...there are other beautiful woman in the world, but your hubby loves YOU!

You can't. It's nature. Of course my mom always says that she is glad my dad notices other women, it means he's still alive.
I point out attractive women to my husband. I also say "oh, he's cute" and point out the guys i find attractive. Noticing them and a moment of admiration of beauty is not infidelity. It is healthy to notice beauty. It is not healthy to dwell on it or be jealous of a glance. As long as there is no flirtation or lingering desire to have them over you there is no harm in noticing

poke his eyes out?
Seriously, get off the jealous insecure kick and get real. Just because he loves you doesn't mean that all the other women in the world turn ugly or disappear. If he honestly didn't notice a hot babe then he wouldn't have enough testosterone to be a worthwhile man.

You can't, he's a man, he's going to look at other women! If he starts comparing you unfavourably to other women or trying to sleep with them then yeah, you have a right to be mad.
My fiance is bi and we have a great time cuddling together watching cute guys go by and rating them out of ten! Sure he looks at other girls, I look at other guys - but it's no more than looking. He still comes to me and me only for love, warmth, affection and sex and that's all that matters.

The only way I can get my hubby to stop looking at women is to take him to a rugby league game, once the game starts a woman could walk past naked & he wouldn't notice.

Men are gonna look as long as they live. I dont see no problem if he's not doin anything else. Its common nature for men to look at women and vice versa. Go on admit it.....women look too. What's the problem?

It's hardwired, you can't...he's male and he looks. The more you harp, the bigger the issue will get. He married you, he picked you, he's attracted to you, he's home at night with you, touching you, loving you. So what if he looks at another. Get some confidence girl! (only speaking from experience here!)

Noone can predict anything to make him look at you alone. We women look at other men, its human nature. Enjoy the moment, the moment doesn't last you know.
