I hope add a week or so to my vact. overseas. I plan to have dental work done, and get a DR. note not to fly?

I am given 2 weeks off, but I hope to extend my vacation with a Dr.s Note of some kind. I am paid hourly, so I hope to just lose the pay from work with out having to file some kind of workers com/ dispablity. I would like to just show my boss a note from the doctor and say " wish I could have been here, but Doctor said not to fly for 2 weeks".

What you're planning to do is just plain wrong. Ask for the extra time off and if you don't get it, come back to work as expected. Otherwise you lose the respect and trust of others. Don't you have any self respect???

I don't know how you got hired in the first place. You can't even spell "disability". I would say go for it, because your boss probably already knows you are dishonest and he can use the time to find a replacement who really wants to work.
