Does anyone know how to make a Pac Man costume?

I'm looking for the life sized one that you make at home. It has a small opening in the mouth area, which you can see through, and a hole on each side for the arms. Any links or anything?
Also, any Pac-Man related costumes would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would just buy quarter inch foam from the fabric store, cut it to shape and make a cover of yellow cotton. Leave the bottom open for your legs. Use plastic canvas for the eye/breathing hole.
