I would get bigger breasts even though I'm already a C cup.

Bigger breasts than a C-cup would be an absolute pain, in my opinion. No offense to you at all - I'm sure they'd be gorgeous, but I know bigger breasts can be more of an annoyance than their appearance is worth.
As for choosing for myself...Lord, I don't know...Maybe taking off some of the extra fat through my middle. There's no obscene amount, but it'd be nice to have it gone...I doubt I'd really be willing to pay up for plastic surgery just to look good, though. Seems like a waste - I think it's great for certain victims of crimes, or burn victims, etc, but really, I don't see anything too horribly wrong with me right now. :)

I would want to get rid of the lines under my mouth and make my lips bigger, not Angelina bigger tho.

my t*tties are big enough, 42DD. I hate having to dig to the very back of the rack to find a bra my size. I'd rather a tummy tuck or the fat sucked out of my arms and inner thighs.

Liposuction on my calves. They are 15 inches, and it's not even fat. I would still like surgery on them though, I hate wearing shorts or skirts because of them. It makes me look like dude. lol

I would get a breast reduction/lift. I want to be a small b cup. Then I would get lipo and a tummy tuck and finish it off with getting these stupid so called "beauty marks" off of my face. (I call them "Ugly marks")

Nothing!! I'm not perfect, I have my flaws, age is sneeking up on me a little too quickly, gravity has not been very kind, there's a little jiggle here and there, but I love every inch of the body I was given and wouldn't risk my life for vanity.
