Are you serious !!!? How many times do people have to be told about scams before they realize what a scam is? Wow. It is a real testament to the psychology of greed. If someone is promised something for nothing common sense is abandoned.
No forget that. Send Mary all your money.
Take a look at FTC.gov. They have good info on scams.

Don't answer it, it is a scam. Play the state lottery if you must or powerball. Better yet, don't play at all. Save your money, and drink Budweiser.
